Refunds & Exchanges

  • Customers who received item(s) with a fault or incorrect item(s) are entitled to either a full refund of the item(s) or replacement of the item(s) as per our discretion, please contact us if this has occurred before sending the item back. Do note that the refund will not include the shipping cost.


  • Please note that once payment has been made, any pre-order/order cancellations will result in a Store Credit*. We do not refund for change of mind on pre-orders or orders which have not yet been dispatched. If your order is already in the process of being dispatched we will not be able to cancel it.


  • If your return has been accepted, you will be given Store Credit* for the amount that you paid, excluding the shipping cost.


*Store Credit - Credits which are offered to customers who returns an item not eligible for a refund. You may use it to purchase a different item from our shop.

Return Conditions

  • Item(s) will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition and original packaging.

  • Item(s) that have already been used will not be liable for refund/exchange due to hygiene reasons.

  • It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

  • Returned item(s) which do not satisfy the above conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


Returns Timeframe

  • For customers in the rest of the world, item(s) must be returned to the shop within 23 days from the day we mail it out, any item(s) returned after 23 days upon receiving will not be accepted.

  • For customers in the USA, item(s) must be returned to us within 27 days from the day we mail it out, any item(s) returned after 27 days upon receiving will not be accepted.
